We are looking for Private Process Server(s)- In Yuma County - Arizona. Must live in the state of Arizona.
ProVest is one of the nation's largest legal support services firms, providing service of process and related services to many of the country's most notable law firms and financial institutions. We serve thousands of documents each year - ranging from foreclosure and collection proceedings to litigation and civil complaints.
We are looking for self-reliant, results-driven, personable people to work as independent contractors delivering legal documents.
You drive your own car and set your own schedule (based on our flexible time parameters). We provide everything else you need.
We will provide walk-through and support as you learn to use our proprietary apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile) on your smartphone to help record all your work, track your payments, and even map your stops.
The key to success in earnings is simple:
Be organized. Plan your route.
Be pleasant and personable with the people you meet and to whom you deliver documents.
Additional information
Must be able to attempt files within parameters (no exception)
Commit 3-5 (to include Saturday) to service ProVest files.
Payment for residential collections per defendant/per address
Able to commit to attempting all cases (assigned to you) at a minimum every 72 hours.
Must be able to scan in worksheets daily - on completed cases.
This is a contractor position (1099), not an employee (W2)
This is a 1099 contract position, paid based on jobs completed weekly! Private Investigators, process servers, law enforcement agents are preferred
You will have a designated AZ liaison to assist with all operational questions and concerns. You will be classified as a "non-local" server, meaning you do not have to go into our AZ offices as you are not near them.

A desire to work variable hours, early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Must have your own reliable transportation, driver license, insurance.
Mobile App Aptitude – Everything is done in our mobile app.
Access to a printer, computer, and scanner.
Able to service all counties listed above (best if you reside within one of the counties listed).
Option to print or have the documents for service mailed to you.
