Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the real estate and property management team
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with tenants, clients, and vendors
Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and organize meetings
Assist in preparing leases, contracts, and other real estate documents
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
Process invoices, payments, and track expenses
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors and tenants
Support marketing efforts, including social media updates and listing management
Perform general office duties and ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate or property management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google work space(Sheet, Docs, Slides) and property management software (preferred) such as Appfolio
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
