Description We are in the process of recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the insurance industry. Our office is situated in Walnut Creek, California. In this role, you will be a key player in maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing their inquiries and ensuring their records are accurate and up-to-date. This role provides a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications Maintain and update customer credit records in a timely manner Build and nurture detail-oriented relationships with clients, account managers, and producers Contribute actively to efforts aimed at deepening client relationships Identify, research, and resolve escalated client issues Assist in the remarketing of renewals to retain high levels of account retention Order renewal policies and handle endorsements, ensuring accuracy and timely billing Follow up on new business submissions with carriers Issue standard certificates of insurance and other forms for policyholders Monitor payment status of direct bill policies to avoid cancellations Check audits for accuracy and review with agency staff as necessary Order motor vehicle reports and loss runs as directed Handle client inquiries via calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service. Requirements Needs Active Property and Casualty Insurance in ArizonaDemonstrated experience in responding to inbound calls in a timely and detail-oriented manner. Prior experience in a call center providing customer service is essential. Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences. Proficiency in data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience with email correspondence, able to respond to customer inquiries in a detail-oriented and efficient manner. Familiarity with managing both inbound and outbound calls, adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, able to use advanced functions for data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, able to create, edit, and format documents effectively. Experience in order entry, able to accurately process customer orders and maintain records.
