Busy Courier Service needs help ASAP! Are you an experienced courier / delivery driver that knows their way around the Tucson area? We have an immediate opening for a driver that already knows how courier services work. If you don't have enough work at your current courier / delivery service, please respond to this ad.
Uber/Lyft/Postmates drivers encouraged to apply also. Must be 21 years or older.
THIS IS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION.
We are very busy and growing rapidly. We handle all types of deliveries: medical, specimens, documents, pharmaceutical, small packagewe do it all!
As you know, this work requires your own reliable and economical vehicle. Right now, we need a driver with an economical passenger vehicle or small pick up truck.
Please see our requirements below, and if you are interested, please respond to this ad. We use OpenForce contractor management service to contract our drivers. They offer Occupational Hazard insurance, discounts on auto insurance, health insurance and many other benefits such as warehouse club discountsetc.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Economical and reliable vehicle such as a Prius, Focus, Honda, Nissanetc. Small pick ups too.
-Must be able to be on your feet, in and out of your car consistently, and lift up to 50 lbs.
-Proof of insurance on your vehicle.
-Be able to pass a criminal background check.
-At least 1 year of experience as a courier in the Tucson area. (or out of state experience okay if you know the city very well) May consider less than 1 year if you are currently a courier or Uber/Lyft driver.
-Clean cut appearance. You will be going in to professional offices.
-Must be 21 or over.
