Vendor/Contractor - Apartment turns

Looking for a vendor/contractor to turn apartment homes; this is not a offer for empoloyement. Work is paid out when the work is completed. Individuals should be proficient in electrical, plumbing, general appliance knowledge, painting, trim work, carpentry, drywall, texture and basic maintenance; additional skills needed would be, organization, effective communication, ability to stick with a schedule and adhere to standardized industry guidelines. Consistant work available but not guaranteed. We operate on a net 30 payment schedule, materials are provided by client; vendor/contractor must have their own tools, transportation and ability to move materials from central warehouse to apartment location ; materials can include appliances, drywall, cabinets and other large/bulky items.
