Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on role with direct involvement in tasks requiring manual skills and attention to detail.
Execute precise framing and carpentry work based on project specifications.
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Proficiently write takeoffs for material estimation.
Install and assemble structures, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and surpassing standard codes.
Demonstratable knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC and other building trades.
Collaborate with the construction team to meet project milestones.
Mentor junior carpenters and uphold safety standards.
Prioritize job safety and cleanliness, adhering to all safety codes.
Maintain detailed job logs and progress reports in electronic database.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Master Carpenter/Builder with a minimum of 10 years experience.
Proficiency in reading blueprints.
Strong carpentry skills and knowledge of construction materials.
Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Valid driver's license (must have clean driving record).
Must have truck and tools required to start your day working

Salary & Benefits:
Salary $30 - $40 per hour, commensurate with experience
