Position Overview: We are seeking a residential Maintenance Technician with at least one year of experience. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in various home repair tasks, possess excellent problem-solving skill, and have a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, blinds, drywall and coolers.
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions.
Conduct inspections to identify potential problems.
Install and repair fixtures, fans and doors.
Maintain accurate records of work performed with photos.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Qualifications:
Minimum one year experience in maintenance or similar field.
Proficiency in basic repair techniques.
Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and current vehicle insurance. (Truck preferred)
Must have ladder and hand tools.
