Job Description: As a key member of our team the landscaping maintenance job foreman is there to oversee all on-site aspects of their maintenance projects. You are responsible for all activities on your maintenance sites, every person on your maintenance sites, and the quality of the work on your maintenance sites. You are responsible for planning the labor requirements, equipment requirements, and material requirements to ensure completion of scheduled maintenance visits within time and to budget. You will need to supervise and coordinate the activities of your team, while making sure that the highest quality standards of Terra Environmental Services LLC are met. Supervision shall be done in a manner that will educate and motivate your team members. It is essential that you are a working foreman and lead by example. You must have an eye for the smallest of details. Your day must be filled with a sense of urgency and all your decisions must be made with ethics and integrity in mind. You must do what you promise all the time every time. A valid Arizona Driver’s License is required.

· Coordinate regular maintenance of company equipment. Keep maintenance logs on all equipment. Ensure that all company equipment and vehicles are kept clean.
· Coordinates the safety and security of team members and company property.
· Tours maintenance sites to ensure that properties have been completed to our standards.
· Manage project assignments. The ability to process required paperwork.
Candidates should possess the following:
· Minimum of three years verifiable hands-on landscape maintenance experience.
· Sound knowledge of all phases of landscape maintenance, including but not limited to pruning, fertilizing, and turf care.
· Irrigation system installation and repair experience.
· Able to do their job with minimal supervision, while meeting or exceeding Terra Environmental Services production standards and maintaining a high level of team member morale.
· Presents themselves well and in a professional manner.
· Able to operate company equipment: trucks with trailers, mowers, trimmers, chain saw, etc.
· Able to fill out and process all necessary job paperwork, purchase orders, and time sheets, etc.
· Outstanding problem solving skills
· The ability to learn from every challenge.
· Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license with a good driving record.
· Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility.
