Job description
A growing Aerospace and Defense company specializing in the repair, overhaul and manufacture of products in support of Commercial as well as Government clients has an immediate opening on its team for a full time Hydraulic Technician. Hydraulics experience required, Aerospace/Aviation hydraulics experience desired but not required.
Job Functions Include:
Assemble and test hydraulic components, including control valves and actuators
Ensure that all work performed complies with Airtronics’ procedures, drawings, work instructions and quality policies, as well as customer and regulatory requirements
Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
Comply with FOD and tooling control standards
Attendance and punctuality are essential to success in this position
Desired Education, Skills & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to use hand tools and lift 50 lbs.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and engineering drawings
Ability to work effectively and cooperatively within a cross-functional team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in order to meet customer needs
Must be detail oriented
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Experience in Hydraulics Testing or Manufacturing
