General Contractor needed to build Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in Tucson, AZ and surrounding areas. Anchored Tiny Homes is the largest custom ADU builder in the country and is opening in Tucson, AZ in June. With a dynamic and robust marketing team, we expect to start 3-5 ADU builds per month. We handle the client interaction, design and permitting. We are looking to partner with a GC to simply build tiny homes. Our homes are 250-1,000 sq ft and average 500 sq ft. You will be able to leverage our vendor relationships that will dramatically reduce your costs of materials on our projects and any other projects you have in play. The General Contractor should expect to net an average of $15k per ADU.
