Student apartment complex is looking for a professional apartment painter to work 40 hours/5 days per week through December:
MUST be an Expert Painter. High level drywall finishing skills are preferred.
MUST have all basic painting tools (hand masker, brushes, roller frames, putty knifes etc) Must be expert in spraying, brush and rolling, stucco patch/texture, drywall repair, and basic trim carpentry. Must work extremely clean.
Painting apartment interiors, common areas and outdoor areas. All renovation work- no new construction. All one site- located near University of Arizona campus.
Minimum 10 years of professional painting experience required.
This is working for a single apartment complex- not getting sent around to different job sites where you don't get paid. Zero games- steady pay and very nice working environment.
No lateness or missing work will be tolerated. No drugs and no felons (sorry). Serious painters only. $21/hr base pay plus bonus based paid in every work check based on performance and production- up-to $25/hr.
