We’re hiring a hands-on Construction Foreman to lead crews and oversee daily site operations from start to finish. You’ll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality project execution.
Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site work and manage project timelines and budgets
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and vendors
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Enforce safety protocols and ensure code compliance
Schedule and complete city/county inspections in a timely manner
Assist with estimating and project planning
Communicate progress and challenges to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven experience as a foreman or construction lead
Strong blueprint reading and construction knowledge
Solid organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage teams and multitask on active job sites
