DORADO Personnel is a Temporary Staffing Company recruiting for a permanent Commercial Building Maintenance Technician.
Must have own vehicle and provide proof of insurance.
Experience with computerized building management systems.
Experience with computers, Word and Excel. 3 years of direct experience in the management of mechanical, electrical and plumbing operations for commercial office and government buildings.
Individual should have experience in all aspects of mechanical, electrical, life/safety and plumbing operations in commercial properties, retail, industrial and office buildings.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 to $17.00 /hour
