MANAGEMENT OPENING - PEST & TERMITE LICENSE REQUIRED
Qualifications
Two years of Operation Management experience (required)
Must have a current and valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Must pass a criminal background check
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must have Current Pest & Termite Licenses

Ability to interact with customers, determine the root of their concerns, provide answers to their questions, and demonstrate the value of the services provided
Ability to interact with Technicians and show a genuine interest and concern about them, their families, and their performance
Excellent communication and organizational skills to provide exceptional customer service
Demonstrate and practice a high level of integrity and professionalism
Responsible for and measured by service completion, customer retention, and number of re-services
Responsible for the growth and quality of the branch
