Position: Detailer and Paint Correction Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Detailer and Paint Correction Specialist to join our team and contribute to our standard of excellence.
Position Summary:
As a Detailer and Paint Correction Specialist at Formula 1 Collision Center, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring that vehicles are meticulously finished to meet and exceed our high standards. Your responsibilities will include thorough cleaning, detailing, color sanding, and polishing of vehicles, with a particular focus on restoring the factory clear coat textures and gloss. Shop clean up and some janitorial duties. Transferring vehicles to and from dealerships. Pre and post scan of vehicles at check it and before delivery. Final QC of vehicles prior to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform color sanding and polishing to achieve high-quality finishes on painted surfaces.
Collaborate with the detail and paint team to ensure every vehicle is delivered on time and finished to Formula 1 standards.
Use a variety of detailing tools and equipment proficiently and maintain them in good working condition.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations within the shop.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in detailing and paint restoration.
Proficient in color sanding, polishing, and other detailing techniques.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving perfection in every task.
Timely, professional, and capable of managing tasks efficiently.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Additional certification in auto body repair or a related field is a plus.
