Summer opportunity from now through August 30th:
Student housing apartment complex looking for a highly experienced handyman/maintenance tech to assist with turns and general maintenance. MUST HAVE STRONG MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE
Painting
Drywall
Stucco repair
General plumbing
Welding, brazing
HVAC- TXV replacements, changing compressors, air handlers as needed. HVAC certification preferred but not required.
Assist with pool maintenance
Strong- able to lift/hold at least 50lbs
Able to work outside in hot conditions as needed
General apartment maintenance (changing appliances, garbage disposers, light fixtures)
General electrical
Assist with pool maintenance as requested
1099 Position
NO on-call
