I have 2 positions available for a maintenance technician at apartment communities in Tucson.
I need somebody that is skilled in painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, all of the basics to turn apartments and perform basic work orders. This person does need to pass a background check including criminal, drug screening, have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must have the ability to read, write and understand the English language. Both positions are immediate hires. Monday - Friday with on call required for some evenings and weekends as necessary. There is an on call schedule with the current maintenance staff.
Pay is $20-21 per hour with full benefits. Please send resume to be considered.
