Moana’s Spa believes in creating a professional work environment where both our customers and our licensed massage therapists are happy to spend time.
We offer the absolute highest level of compensation in the massage profession, with a 50 / 50 split of all customer charges. The range of pay averages around $40 per hour, plus you keep 100% of your tips.
We are conveniently located next to the Arizona Inn and near the U of A.
We have a good sized professional facility, with 4 massage rooms, 1 staff room, 1 break room, private staff restroom, and a separate customer restroom.
We also feature high end mechanical adjustable massage tables, so that you can easily align your body movements to be both effective for your customers and to be anatomically comfortable for yourself as the massage therapist.
Our laundry is on site with a brand new LG front loader washer / dryer, so fresh clean sheets and towels are always ready for your client's appointments.
As an independent contractor, you get to choose how many customers you work with per day, what days you take off of work, how long of a lunch break you take and many many more aspects to your work schedule. Work flexibility is yours, as long as you keep your scheduled appointments for the customers.
The massage services we offer at our spa are Swedish, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue and Thai, to name but a few. You get to decide which styles of professional massage modalities you are comfortable in working with for the customers. You will not be asked to administer massage styles or techniques that you do not feel proficient with.
