Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Time Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in the industry and possess a well-established clientele base. You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, while providing outstanding customer service. Having certifications in advanced techniques is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Perform hair consultations to understand clients’ needs and preferences.
Provide hair services such as cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of workstations and salon equipment.
Recommend hair care products and treatments to clients.
Uphold salon standards for customer service and professionalism.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
Requirements:
Minimum of three years of experience as a Hair Stylist.
Must be licensed in the State of Arizona.
Proven track record with an established clientele base.
Proficiency in a variety of hair styling techniques and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Certification from a recognized beauty school or academy.
