As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be integral in driving sales and fostering customer relationships within the senior relocation sector. Your core skills in communication, customer service, and sales will enable you to effectively engage with clients. In the training phase, you will support existing salespeople with their job details. You will also be training in the field with one of our sales managers. The goal is to quickly move this position to an outside sales role which comes with additional commission. Outside sales managers meet face to face with senior clients that are facing downsizing into a smaller senior living environment and also includes talking with them about their liquidation options. A consultative approach that culminates with a signed contract to move forward with support for their specific needs.
Maintains contact with the client throughout the process.
Uses proprietary software to communicate the needs and specifics of the job to other stakeholders in the process.
Experience:
-Sales experience and/or experience working directly with seniors a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient with technology (phone, computer, software programs)
