Position Overview:

As a Sales Professional at HailCo Roofing, you'll be the frontline in connecting with customers, utilizing your expertise to guide them through our services. This role is ideal for individuals with sales experience that have a desire to grow and challenge themselves while generating leads and cultivating relationships.

Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate leads for roofing services through various channels, including referrals, networking, and door-to-door canvassing and retail appointments.

Conduct thorough assessments of potential roofing projects, including roof inspections and measurements.

Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.

Maintain a strong understanding of the company's CRM system and sales process, utilizing these tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and close sales.

Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.

Qualifications:

A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Sales experience in roofing and/or outside sales preferred.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

Will be on your feet several hours each day

Carry and maneuver ladders

Must be able to walk on rooftops

Occasional lift materials of 50lbs

Compensation and Perks:

1099 - Commission only

$110 - $350k plus

Perks include Spiffs, Bonuses, Dinners, Trips and Prizes for various sales competitions. Company vehicle for top performers.
