Job Summary: Responsible for fulfillment of orders placed through the Will Call system. Ability to work the required hours in an efficient and productive manner. Orders are placed through the front desk operators who then print pull stickers in the back office for Will Call Puller to pull and load into customers’ vehicles. Employee will navigate through various rooms within the warehouse to fulfill orders and ensure that orders are pulled in an accurate and timely manner.
Pay Range: $15 - $17 / per hour
Shift Time / Days: 7am – 4pm, Monday – Friday, includes break(s) and unpaid lunch (up to 30 min)
Job Requirements:
Responsible for quickly and accurately pulling orders placed throughout the day.
Ability to lift up to 80lbs and work on your feet the entire shift without physical restrictions.
Able to read pull stickers with warehouse locations and product descriptions, then locate and pull appropriate product.
Will be asked to operate rideable pallet jack and cherry picker. Training will be provided as needed.
Should always be moving and pulling orders, with no breaks being taken if there are open orders in the system, except during scheduled lunch breaks. Breaks can only be taken when there are no open orders.
Restock returned product and cancelled orders, to accurate warehouse location, at end of each shift.
Position has varying levels of work with some days busier than others. Will Call Puller is expected to keep up with the level of production needed for the busier days.
May be asked to assist day crew receiving workers if the Will Call operation is slow.
Must communicate with front desk operators by radio to discuss and coordinate orders that have been closed, customers who placed orders, and customers who are heading to Will Call door to pick up orders.
Should not be seen idling around at any moment if there are orders to pull.
Orders are expected to be closed immediately completion so the front desk can print invoices and receive customer payment.
