As an Estate Sale Merchandiser, your role is to prepare the client's home before the first customer walks through the door. Staging and pricing the home is crucial to the sale process. You will be responsible for pricing items at fair market value and ensuring everything is organized and staged for the day of the sale.
Responsibilities:
Stage items for display to create a pop-up retail shop environment inside of each residence
Remove, sort, and organize items throughout the clients’ homes, including those in garages, sheds, storage areas, etc.
Place items in a logical manner throughout each home
Evaluate and place a price sticker or tag on each item or lot of items for sale
Qualifications:
Must be customer service oriented
Retail experience preferred
Must be reliable and trustworthy
Willingness to learn basic product pricing
Flexibility to work between 8am to 4pm weekdays, and weekends between 6am to 3pm are necessary. Due to the nature of our business no nights, or holidays
Locations will vary from week to week depending on the sizes of clients’ homes and the number of sales
Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Must have access to reliable transportation. Sales may be in any location (mainly in Tucson) but may also include locations throughout Southern AZ
