KAMCO-ARIZONA is your premier residential and commercial landscape, maintenance, and repair service provider. We are contracted with and committed to a variety of real estate investors that have multiple communities under their umbrella who need all kinds of work accomplished with multiple projects to make their communities shine.
We are looking for established businesses and/or motivated skilled professionals that would like to work with us. We are looking for professionals who take pride in their quality of workmanship, performance, and cleanliness, for all projects we contract with. We adhere to the highest professional standards.
Payment for services is 1099 flat pay structure. This is not a W2, 9-5 position.
All projects are performed during daylight hours Monday through Sunday depending on the client’s scheduling requirements, deadlines, and needs. We provide the projects available, and you pick what you want to do.
What you will need to bring to the table:
Be well qualified (7-20 years preferred) especially for rehabs (residential and commercial), home repairs, turns of manufactured homes and apartments, carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, plumbing, tile, water diversions, masonry, etc., and landscaping.
You must be able to assess a home (rehab/repairs) or property and provide in writing cost of materials needed, time and labor it will take to complete the project.
You must have all necessary tools and power tools for our clients projects, reliable transportation (truck and or trailer – when necessary for the type of project you accepted), a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
Be available to start as soon as the bid is accepted.
GL and Workers Comp Insurance is required to work for any of our clients. We can help you obtain a policy if need be.
Compensation: Negotiable (Depends on Experience and per Project):
Individuals:
3-5 years start from $18-$20 per hour
6-9 years start from $21-$25 per hour
10+ years start from $26-$35 per hour
Established Business/Handypersons:
Compensation will be through the approved proposal you submit for the project you take on.
Once the project is completed, when we get paid, you get paid! EZPZ!

Any professional having HVAC, electrical, pool, certifications is a big plus! Higher compensation is considered.
