We are seeking two Maintenance Manager's for our senior complexes in Central Phoenix .We are willing to train the right person some related experience preferred. Will provide Training for AC Certification
Our Lead Maintenance Managers perform the day-to-day upkeep and repairs of our properties to include unit turns, service repairs, and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a team-player, self-motivated with a background in the apartment industry.

Qualified Applicants will have:
residential property management, or equivalent maintenance experience. We will Train
Possess energetic attitude, superior customer service, written and verbal communication, and follow up skills.
Stable and consistent work history with excellent references
Must be available for rotating on-call after hours emergencies
Valid driver license and reliable transportation is required
High school diploma or GED
Must be able to speak, read, and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out the duties
Background testing required
