We are hiring for someone to join our maintenance team. This position does require previous experience in apartment maintenance. Must have pool certification and would like HVAC Certification. If no HVAC Cert. at least have a working knowledge of how to diagnose and fix HVAC units. Prospect must have their own power tools and regular tools to perform work. This entails working with plumbing, painting, sheetrock repair, flooring and everything included with turning an apartment. We are a property that caters to students attending the University. This is a full time job that does offer benefits, paid holidays and vacation after a year of employment.
