Looking for a knowledgeable, well-rounded Receptionist for a small financial planning firm in the Foothills.
You should be available between the hours of 8-4pm but that is flexible. This is a full-time, hourly position which includes company paid medical/dental, vision and PTO. You will be responsible for:
Scheduling (managing calendar)
Microsoft Office Proficiency & willingness to learn new programs/skills
Answering multi-line phone system, transferring calls and messaging
Maintaining your e-mail as well as the office email; sending out mass emails, responding to various inquiries
Keeping the kitchen & office supplies stocked; inventory of things we need
Some event planning: luncheons, Christmas parties, etc.
Putting up/Taking Down office decorations
Checking the mail; mail correspondence, some mass projects (Christmas gifts, Valentine’s Day, etc.)
Other duties as assigned
