PART TIME TEAM MEMBER
Graphic Impact is currently hiring for a part-time bookkeeping/human resources position to join our office team. Graphic Impact is currently seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a part-time team member. In this role, you will be expected to work a minimum of three days per week and contribute to various tasks and responsibilities within our organization. As a leading design and printing company, we specialize in creating top-notch signage, promotional products, and custom apparel. We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about what we do.
You will be responsible for daily bookkeeping and financial data entry tasks. This includes managing accounts payable and receivable as well as working with Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel. Additionally, you will work closely with members of the Graphic Impact staff to fulfill their order requests. You may be assigned some special projects.
To qualify for this position, we require a two-year associate degree or high school diploma along with proven bookkeeping experience in a business environment. Accuracy and proficiency when working with numbers are essential skills for success in this role. Strong communication skills are also vital as you will collaborate with others on various projects. Familiarity with the graphic design industry is a plus, and we encourage applicants who have a desire to learn more about this field.
