We are currently seeking a talented Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper to help support our busy team of technical professionals part-time (20 hours per week). The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and motivated professional capable of taking direction well and working independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operation
Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning
Ordering office supplies
Maintaining office records and schedules and organization
Assisting with project support including data entry, report formatting, adding tables and figures to reports
Assisting the Business and Finance Manager
Updating the website and LinkedIn with new project and personnel information
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and QuickBooks
Polite and professional written and verbal communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail oriented; with excellent time management skills
Desirable:
Fluence in Spanish
Experience in graphics software (i.e. CorelDraw, Photoshop, etc.)
