Doug Newborn Law Firm, P.L.L.C. is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate/Managing Litigation Attorney to join their team

Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of three Litigation Associates
Conduct new client closing calls
Maintain new client databases
Draft, review, and respond to motions/pleadings (and the delegation thereof)
Appear at initial and contested hearings (and the delegation thereof)
Communicate with clients and keep them updated on their case
Qualifications
Arizona bar license
More than 5 years of litigation experience in Title 14 (estate planning, probate/trusts, and guardianship/conservatorship)
Experience leading a team
Initiative and ability to problem-solve independently
Excellent attention to detail and superb verbal and written communication skills
Ability to calm client fears and concerns
Experience meeting short deadlines and reprioritizing tasks
Enjoy leading people and meeting with attorneys/paralegals
Familiarity with the Rules of Probate Procedure and Rules of Civil Procedure
Compensation
Salary commensurate with experience but is expected to be $135,000+ with annual bonus
$20,000 Signing Bonus to be paid at end of 30 ($5,000), 60 (55,000), and 90 ($10,000) days
