Remote Bilingual Client Liaison - Personal Injury Law Firm

Personal injury law firm looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Client Liaison. Position includes speaking with personal injury clients to obtain information to move their case forward. Many times, the clients are going through a difficult time and may need a lot of patience and empathy. Ideal candidate must be able to successfully manage clients who may be experiencing anger or sadness. Additionally, ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, a self-starter, and able to follow directions. This position is remote and so it includes a high use of technology. Must be able to quickly learn the technology. Health, Vision, Dental, and 401K provided.
