Job Description
Complete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep your property’s systems and tools in good working order.
Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame.
Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management.
Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with property manager
Maintain workplace safety policies and standards.
Rotating on-call responsibility for emergency maintenance repairs.
Compensation:
$18 to $21 per hour
Full time

Qualifications
You have at least 2 to 4 years of maintenance/multifamily experience including but not limited to electrical, painting/plastering, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC
Pool certified.
You’re able to work our emergency on-call rotation as needed and can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift.
