Commercial Property Maintenance Company is seeking and Experienced Lot Sweeper from $16 to $18 per hour D.O.E. This is not a driving job. You will be out of the truck operating a back pack blower, changing out trash bags, sweeping, etc.
Must be able to do physical work for 8 to 10 hours at a time. Physical work includes lifting of heavy trash bags and using a commercial back pack blower.
Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop on the south side of Tucson. Must have a clean 5 year MVR Record with no moving violations or DUI's. Must be able to work nights and sleep during the day. Must have some type of relevant experience. Must have cell phone that can send and receive pictures.
