We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment, apartment turns, work orders and maintaining facilities to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, grounds keeping, apartment make ready and work orders.
- Troubleshoot and repair appliance malfunctions
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Fabricate and weld metal components as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Excellent customer service
Experience:
- 1-2 years apartment maintenance experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and appliance repair.
- Fluency in English for effective communication
- Leadership qualities to guide maintenance projects effectively
