We are looking for a skilled maintenance professional to join our awesome team.
Our Mulit-Family community consists of 150 apartment homes. This is a busy and varied job.
The ideal candidate would have a variety of skills including but not limited to knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Pool and HVAC (coolers and A/C's.) General all around maintenance skills.
1 year of experience is preferred
Must have a driver's license, reliable transportation and tools
If you get along well with people, have logical thinking, work hard, and have a good skill set, you are the person we are looking for.
