Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Window and Door Installer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of window and door installation projects. Your expertise will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clients and uphold our reputation for exceptional craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
Install and complete window and door installation projects efficiently and to the highest standards.
Assess project requirements and develop installation plans.
Safely remove old windows and doors and install new ones, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and sealing.
Collaborate with clients to address questions, concerns, and specific preferences.
Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience in window and door installation, with a minimum of 2 in a lead role.
Strong knowledge of various types of windows and doors, including materials, styles, and installation methods.
Excellent carpentry and craftsmanship skills.
Effective communication
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a standard background check.
Location:
This position is based in Tucson.
Salary and Compensation:
Lead installers will get 50% of the paying PO on all labor and haul-away, if installing as an individual. If installing with a helper you will make 40% of the paying PO on all labor and haul-away. Payouts on large or special projects will be discussed prior to the job being completed. We will always be honest and transparent when it comes to your money.
