This is a full-time 40 hour per week position. Some on-call response may be required.
Must be able to work outside in hot / cold conditions to trim oleanders, etc.; spray weeds, pick up trash, and maintain the Dog Park. Pool Certification is a plus.
Must be able to perform minor electrical, plumbing, and janitorial duties. Reading of utility meters is done monthly and must be able to replace gas, water & electric meters as necessary. Digging trenches and holes on the property for various projects may be required.
A good attitude and teamwork are necessary along with maintaining a professional manner.
