HOA manufatured home subdivision is looking to hire a person with janitorial and maintenance experience. Is an independent contractor position. Requirements are that person must live on site in housing and utilities provided. Must pass back ground check and drug screen. Prior experience preferred but not required. Pay dependent on level of experience.
