WORKERS NEEDED SOON PLENTY OF OVERTIME
We are a property management that handles 140 + older homes and luxury homes that are rented mostly to college students. It is our turnover time which is a very short period of time that we have to prepare homes that are being vacated and prepare them for move-in. It is a very busy time of year and requires constant physical labor and dedication.
This position requires general labor that is listed below but not limited to:
general maintenance in homes, minor electrical repair, plumbing, painting, drywall repair, use of hand tools and or electrical, moving and storing furniture, turning of homes, trashing items, recording work performed on sheets provided, etc.
You are required to provide your own hand/electrical tools that you will need to work with. The material needed within the homes such as paint, drywall, lightbulbs, etc., will be provided by our company.
This job has a tremendous amount of overtime available and hours can typically run from 7am to 6pm Monday thru Sunday starting on July 21st, 2025. Must be willing to work overtime! This temp position is expected to run anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks. Weekends are a MUST!
We are attempting to get a head start on some homes, therefore, this position may be offered as early as July 14th!
