FLOOR TECH - FULL TIME
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our team. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for various types of flooring surfaces, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both employees and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine floor maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Strip, wax, and buff floors using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
Inspect and repair flooring surfaces for damages or irregularities.
Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment to ensure a secure working environment.
Collaborate with cleaning staff to coordinate floor care activities with overall cleaning schedules.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
Respond promptly to requests for floor maintenance services.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Operate and maintain floor care equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Floor Technician or in a similar role preferred, but willing to train
Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and appropriate cleaning methods.
Ability to operate and maintain floor care equipment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good physical condition and stamina to perform manual labor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Company vehicle provided while on the clock, must have own transportation to travel to and from main office.
Hourly earnings $16.00 - $17.00 depending on experience
(MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVER OUR VEHICLES - VALID AZ DL REQUIRED)
WE PAY EVERY WEEK ON FRIDAY!
JANITORIAL duties include but are not limited to dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, dumping trash. Employees must be quality focused and have the ability to work at an efficient pace. Position is physically demanding requiring employees to perform repetitive bending, stretching, stooping, lifting, vacuuming, carpet scrubbing, sweeping. etc.
-Benefits for all Full Time positions, includes healthcare, 401K, paid time off.
-Positions driving company vehicles must have a clean valid AZ drivers license for last 5 years.
-No at fault accidents, suspensions, or major moving violations.
-Candidate must have verifiable work experience for 1 year or more within the last 5 years.
-Prior experience preferred but not required.
-Must pass background check.
-Must pass drug screen.
