We are seeking a bilingual office administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Construction, home remodeling or shop background would be a plus.
Qualifications: ( We will train the right candidate to our system ) these skills listed are preferred but not necessary.
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Must have excellent computer skills, including Office, Word, and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment. Someone that can answer phones reply to emails and greet clients and customers with ease, assists with scheduling of crews in different cities and states, invoicing and paying bills also keep employee's expense reports in word excel spreadsheet and good communicator.
Must be punctual presentable and available during weekly business hours. M-F and some weekends. Please submit a résumé.
