We are seeking a part-time maintenance technician for an apartment community in East Tucson. The schedule will include Saturday and 2 consecutive days during the week.
The ideal candidate will possess the following assets:
Maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, appliance and painting skills
Experience with pool maintenance or willingness to learn and become certified. Company will pay for certification.
Can-do and team oriented attitude.
Excellent customer service skills.
Willingness to participate in daily grounds clean up.

Pre-employment Drug and criminal background screening is required. Candidate can have no landlord debt.
Valid drivers license and vehicle required.
