All Comforts of Home is hiring an Assisted Living Manager !
Qualifications:
Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
Experience and passion in training and caregiver management
Cover Caregiver shifts as needed
Flexibility in Schedule
Must have 10 years minimum of experience
AZ State Assisted Living Managers License 1-2+ years experience Current CPR Fingerprint clearance card Valid drivers license, Negative TB test,
Knowledgeable of state, county and local regulations, laws and ordinances relating to community based care for seniors
Responsibilities:
Oversee compliance of home
Tours as needed
providing assistance with ADLs, meal preparation, laundry, activities and assistance with medication administration
Oversee environmental requirements (air filters, water temp., smoke detectors, etc.)
Monitor the outcome of resident services
Evaluation of staff performance
Scheduling and Hiring of Staff as needed
Ensuring compliance with community and state annual surveys
Compensation: $23-$27 /hour
