Pinnacle Healthcare, a Home and Primary care practice is looking to hire a full time Medical assistant for their office on Grant and Craycroft Road.
We are a hybrid Primary care office providing care to elderly homebound people in private homes, Assisted living facilities, Adult care homes etc, in addition to seeing patients in the office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
#Provide exceptional medical and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
#Greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
#Coordinate patient intake processes, including gathering necessary information and completing relevant paperwork.
#Assist providers during examinations and treatments, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
#Process and maintain medical records, adhering to strict confidentiality, and HIPAA regulations, including phone calls, emails and correspondence.
#Job responsibilities include a combination of front and back office
Expectations;
#Ability to communicate with positivity and effectiveness with patients, staff members and general public.
#Knowledge of EMR, Microsoft Word and excel
#Knowledge of Arizona medical insurances, HIPPA, OSHA and other quality measures.
#Ability to communicate eloquently with vendors, family members and insurance representatives.
#Able to call in med refills, process new patient enrollment paperwork, processing faxes, dealing with home health agencies, getting prior authorizations from insurances etc.
#Bilingual preferred
COMPENSATION
#Dependent on prior experience with a $16-20/hour range.
