Rock Star Must-Haves!
Must have 3-5 years of hands-on experience.
Additional Orthopedic or Lymphatic massage training a plus.
Adhere to given schedule and appointments.
Organize and hand in an accurate accounting of appointments at the end of each pay period.
Adhere to all practice policies and procedures
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and rooms, as well as, restock of linens and products between and at the end of each working shift.
Must possess the ability to perform consecutive services in a pre-determined period of time.
Required to sell retail products or enhancements associated with treatments.
Must have adequate computer and typing skills to complete patients' clinic notes after each treatment.
This will include treatment notes pertinent to medical patients of the practice.
Professional and well-spoken.
Demonstrate exemplary knowledge, skill and/or ability in massage therapy techniques and customer service.
Must possess strong educational background with the ability to implement appropriate techniques according to an assessment of patients, indications or contradictions.
Satisfactorily respond to individual patient needs and follow practice standards as directed
Maintain state licensing & education requirements at all times.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Must have graduated from an accredited massage school with sufficient hours based on massage modality.
