Do you want to work in gorgeous assisted living homes taking care of our elders? The Gardens is hiring a night caregiver certified in all three levels in Arizona who can legally pass meds! You must be certified.
We are hiring a full-time night caregiver for 12-hour night shifts (7 PM to 7 AM) in central Tucson for our 10 bed memory care home. Shift is Wednesday through Saturday with every other Wednesday off. We offer extremely competitive pay and benefits. This job requires transfers, cooking, cleaning, laundry and a good attitude!

Please bring your Arizona Caregiver Certificate with all three levels (direct, personal, and supervisory), fingerprint clearance card, 1st/CPR Paperwork, Covid-19 Vaccine Card, and a current TB Test to your interview.
Pay and Benefits:
$1,000 Signing Bonus: $500 paid after 90 days and an additional $500 after one year of service for new full-time hires
Starting Base Pay: $17 to $18
Guaranteed Overtime for Full-Time Employees: 8 hours of overtime scheduled every other week.
Long Weekends: Three days off one week and four days of the next week.
Paid Vacation Time: After a year of service, you get 7 days of paid time off every 12 months.
Referral Bonus for Caregivers: $25 Gift Card for new hires. $500 bonus if new hires stay three months and an additional $500 if new employees stay a year.
Retirement Account: After three months you can join our 401k with employer matching of 4%!
