Care management office is looking for care partners to work with our clients in their own homes.
We would like applicants to have at least
1. A minimum of two years experience in professional home care delivery.
2. Be flexible and a team player
3. Understand professional boundaries
4. Demonstrate maturity and compassion for our clients and understand the complex challenges of aging
