The Ranch is open only 15 weeks of the year and caters to 20 guests per week, offering detail-oriented service and consistency of excellence, which is the hallmark of the Ranch’s reputation and what results in our high rate of guest satisfaction.

Working Executive Chef – Job Post: (For Craigslist, Coolworks, Poached, Good Food Jobs, etc.)
Firehole Ranch is recruiting a professional and experienced full-time Working Executive Chef. The Executive chef oversees and manages a kitchen staff of 6 personnel who provide a fine dining experience for 22 guests and wholesome meals for 24 staff.
Optimal candidates must take pride in creative planning and menu execution, cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen, possess strong budgeting skills and leadership qualities. The ability to communicate and be part of a tight-knit team is essential as all staff and management live and work together on the ranch throughout the 5-month season.
This seasonal position begins May 1st and finishes October 1st 2020.
