Our kitchen is a scratch kitchen full of flavors that represent central Mexico with a classic style of food, our menu is seasonal. The bar is a thought full curated bar with emphasize in agave spirits natural wines and old world wines. Our bar is a central part of the restaurant.
We are looking for one to two bartenders that love hospitality, great service and of course great cocktails and wines.
Servers must be interested in coursed service. We are working hard at bringing a style of service that can really enhance the experience of our guests. Servers must be serious about hospitality and great service.
Our cuisine is full of interesting ingredients and flavors.
Severs and Bartenders applicants must be ready to work and must be committed to be a part of a successful season.
We currently open wednesday to Sunday dinner service only
Hostess and Expo
This are great positions to learn and to built on to be great service
A great hostess is a very important part of the service
An expo maintain the rhythm and support of the service staff
No experience necessary just great attitude and desire to learn
We are closed for thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day
We also close 10 days during the summer, July.
