We are a high-volume, fast-paced Mexican restaurant and bar and are seeking a motivated restaurant supervisor for full-time position. Starting bi-weekly salary pay is $1650, plus hourly tips ranging on average from $10 - $15 an hour (an additional $750-$1000 on top of salary per pay period). Hourly this breaks down to a $24-$30 an hour position (60k+ a year) 401K contribution matches up to %4 of salary. One-week paid vacation available after 1 year of service. Yearly raises based on performance. Fifty hours a week schedule including sundays.
The responsibilities of this duty include closing walkthroughs, delegating responsibilities, enforcing house policies and procedures, handling customers, quality control, and keeping productivity high within staff. This position requires a hands-on approach to the day-to-day operations of a restaurant with a friendly professional, can-do mentality.
